By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website.
Freelancer: A registered user who offers services and works on projects posted by employers.
Employer: A registered user who posts projects or buys services offered by freelancers.
User: Any individual who registers as a freelancer or employer on the platform.
Services: Tasks offered by freelancers based on their skill set.
Projects: Work requests posted by employers to hire freelancers.
MonstaWork: Refers to the freelance marketplace platform operated by us.
To access the platform, users must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and are liable for all activities under your account.
We charge a service fee of 8% on all transactions for both freelancers and employers.
Payment processing fees may also apply, including a payout processing fee of $5 USD.
All payments for services are made through the platform using PayPal or other approved methods.
For withdrawals, freelancers will be required to submit payout requests, which will be processed within the stated time frame.
For Employers: Employers can post projects with clear descriptions, budgets, and timelines. They are responsible for providing accurate information about the project requirements.
For Freelancers: Freelancers can submit proposals for projects, offering their skills at the stated price. Once hired, they are expected to deliver the agreed-upon work within the specified timeline.
If a dispute arises between freelancers and employers, either party can initiate a dispute. MonstaWork will mediate the dispute by reviewing all evidence, including communications conducted through the platform. Our decision on disputes is final.
Refunds are only granted under specific circumstances such as project cancellations or disputes that favor the freelancer or employer or both. If you have unused wallet funds, you must contact us for a refund before deleting your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our discretion if the user is found to have violated our terms or engaged in inappropriate behavior. Users can also voluntarily delete their accounts; however, once deleted, all associated data and wallet funds will be permanently removed.
All content on the platform, including logos, design, and text, is the intellectual property of MonstaWork or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content without permission.
MonstaWork does not guarantee the quality of services offered by freelancers or the accuracy of project descriptions by employers. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from interactions between freelancers and employers.
By using MonstaWork, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country we are operating, and any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of justice.
